POEM: 15 APRIL 2010

It’s not fair, not fair at all,
I can’t receive incoming calls;
The latest gossip is postponed,
My cellphone’s home alone.
My cellphone’s home alone,
My cellphone’s home alone,
All I can do is moan and groan,
My cellphone’s home alone.
Unless I have my mobile near,
All my friends will disappear;
I feel like a complete unknown,
My cellphone’s home alone.
My cellphone’s home alone,
My cellphone’s home alone,
All I can do is moan and groan,
My cellphone’s home alone.
They might think I’m really strange,
Or even worse: I’m out of range;
How will I manage on my own?
My cellphone’s home alone!
